Can we make soy sauce?” That question started it all in 2015 and it’s still the one that drives us today. Nearly a decade later, we have way more questions than answers. And that’s exactly how we like it. That’s why we believe our best soy sauce is yet to come. Whilst trying to answer this question, we search for inspiration in three sources. First nature, it’s where every answer begins. Evolution and survival reveal what works, both in principle and in practice. Secondly craftsmanship, the ability to do something well, shaped by training the senses. That’s why we stay hands-on, away from automation. Sharper senses mean sharper skills, mean better products. None of this works without time, our most essential ingredient. It makes patience possible, curiosity natural, and progress inevitable. We don’t chase efficiency. We chase understanding and fun.

From Honey Soy to creative partnerships with artists like Charlotte de Witte, each edition tells its own story through flavor and personal connection. Our focus remains on our core collection. That’s why these editions appear only in small batches, often sold out before you know it.
